Rental Deposit & Fee Structure

1. Reservation Deposit $1000.00

  • Required to secure the rental date.

  • Applied toward the total rental cost but **not refundable** if the customer cancels.

2. Maintenance Fee (Non-Refundable)

  • A mandatory fee applied to all rentals to cover routine upkeep and servicing of the trailers.

  • Not a security deposit; this fee helps ensure ongoing maintenance and readiness of the fleet.

  • Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

3. Insurance Requirement

  • Insurance is required for all rentals.

  • You must purchase our coverage. No exceptions.

4. Out-of-State Rentals

  • Events held outside of Georgia will incur an additional cost to cover extended service, logistics, and wear & tear.
